This sounds incredibly stupid (probably because it is stupid or so I'm told)... but it is actually keeping me up at night that my former best friend has cut me out. Finding out from your bf that the guy you've kinda put on a pedestal has blocked you on instant messenger after like six/seven years, the guy you really haven't talked to in like three... that shouldn't hurt right? It shouldn't keep your brain reeling and push you back to the 'exboyfriend-boxes' that are buried in your closet, should it?

I've been lucky in love. I've loved and been loved multiple times. I've got an amazing guy that I'm totally in love with. I've dumped, been dumped, etc. But why this guy?

Do I just step back and throw my hands up in the air and say "I'm done!" and hope to believe it someday? Or do I silently continue fighting for something that he doesn't even acknowledge anymore?
